Valve Replacement Completed – Boil Water Notice Remains in Effect

10/13/2025

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that the valve replacement project has been successfully completed today, ahead of schedule. As a result, there will be no water shut-off on Tuesday, October 14th, as originally planned.

Boil Water Notice Still in Effect

Although the physical work is complete, a boil water notice remains in effect for your safety. We have already scheduled water quality sampling for Tuesday, October 14th. These samples will be submitted to a certified lab for testing to ensure the water meets all state and federal safety standards. If results are clear, we anticipate lifting the boil water notice by the end of the week.

What You Need to Do

Until the notice is lifted, please take the following precautions:

  • Boil all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes.

  • Bring water to a rolling boil for at least 2 minutes before use.

  • Alternatively, you may use bottled water for these purposes.

Discolored Water?

Some residents may experience temporary water discoloration as normal flow resumes through the system. If you notice this, please contact H2O Innovation at (281) 353-9809 so we can assist you.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this essential infrastructure upgrade. Your safety and satisfaction remain our top priority.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our office or H2O Innovation directly.
