The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required Westwood Shores MUD (PWS ID TX2280016) to issue a Boil Water Notice on January 28, 2026.
The necessary corrective actions have been completed, and laboratory test results confirm that the water is now safe for drinking and all normal uses. As of February 1, 2026, the Boil Water Notice has been lifted, and boiling the water is no longer required.
