Dear Residents,

With a hard freeze expected toward the end of this week and begining of next week, please follow these water-related tips to help prevent frozen or bursting of pipes:

Water Protection Tips:

  •  Disconnect and drain all outdoor hoses

  •  Cover outdoor faucets/spigots

  •  Open cabinets under sinks to allow warm air to circulate

  •  Shut off and drain irrigation/sprinkler systems if applicable

  •  Report any leaks or loss of water pressure immediately

  •  Insulate any exposed pipes

Taking these steps can help avoid serious water damage during freezing temperatures.
