Dear Residents,
H2O crews have discovered an additional break on the main line at the intersection of Dawns Edge and Creeks Edge. Unfortunately, this means the repair and water outage will take longer than expected.
The crews are working diligently to fix the issue and restore water service as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and will share updates as they become available.

Dear Residents,
There is a main line break near the intersection of Dawns Edge and Creeks Edge. While attempting to isolate the leak, a valve blew off the water main, requiring the operator to isolate both water plants from the system to prevent the storage tanks from draining.
Crews are currently on site making repairs and, barring any setbacks, we anticipate having water service restored by 9:00 a.m.
Once repairs are complete and the system has been fully pressurized, a boil water notice will be issued. Water samples will be collected today in an effort to lift the notice as quickly as possible.
We understand the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
